Round Rock, TX – April 5, 2023 – Ozmo Licensing LLC (Ozmo Licensing), announced today that it has filed a complaint against TCL Electronics Holdings Ltd. and TCL Industries Holdings Co., Ltd (“TCL”) in the Waco Division of the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, for the infringement of US patents 9,264,991; 10,873,906; 8,599,814; 11,012,934 and 11,122,504.
