Round Rock, TX – March 27, 2024 – Ozmo Licensing LLC (Ozmo Licensing) announced today that the IPR brought by Dell and Microsoft against US patent 8,599,814 “Apparatus and method for integrating short-range wireless personal area networks for a wireless local area network infrastructure” (IPR2023-01060) has been dismissed following a Joint Motion to Terminate the Proceeding. Ozmo Licensing also announced that the patent infringement case brought against Dell in the Western District of Texas (6:22-cv-00642) has also been dismissed, on February 26, 2024, following a Joint Motion to Dismiss. Finally, Ozmo Licensing also announced that the IPR brought by Unified Patents against US Patent 9,246,991 “Apparatus and method for integrating short-range wireless personal area networks for a wireless local area network infrastructure” (IPR2023-00193) has also been dismissed, on March 18, 2024, following a Joint Motion to Terminate the Proceeding.
